About
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas Body Serum
Melanin is a natural pigment that gives colour to skin. Exposure to sunlight, hormonal influences and ageing can cause an increase in melanin production and trigger hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation appears as dark patches and age spots (also known as sun spots) that make skin look uneven.
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Tone Perfecting Sensitive Areas Body Serum combines powerful active ingredients that work in different ways to reduce hyperpigmentation to create a more even and unified skin tone whilst soothing sensitive skin.
The Serum is clinically and dermatologically proven to reduce pigment spots for more even and radiant skin, and hydrate skin all day long so it’s smooth to the touch. First results are visible after two weeks and improve continuously with regular use.
How to Use
Step-by-step guide for Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas Body Serum
Cleanse your body with Eucerin pH5 Shower Oil or (for very dry sensitive skin) Eucerin pH5 Washlotion (for sensitive dry skin)
Apply a thin layer of Eucerin Anti-Pigment Targeted Areas Body Cream and gently massage into the skin. For best results apply daily morning and evening, for a maximum of 2 applications per day. For best result, use Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas body serum to dark spots and discolorations on sensitive intimate areas (armpits and bikini line) after shaving or waxing, and on friction areas

Thiamidol is a Eucerin patented ingredient. Ten years in development, this highly effective active is clinically and dermatologically proven to reduce dark spots and prevent their re-appearance.
Hyaluronic Acid is formed by skin cells and is part of the connective tissue of the skin. One of its key functions is to retain moisture, and it has the ability to bind in between 1,000 and 10,000 times its own weight in water (i.e. one gram binds between one and ten liters). As we age, the skin's natural ability to produce Hyaluronic Acid depletes and wrinkles start to form and deepen.
Licochalcone A is a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing ingredient. It is derived from the root of the Chinese Licorice plant (Glycyrrhiza Inflata) which uses natural compounds to protect its cells from excessive sunlight. When used in skincare products, Licochalcone A works to reduce inflammation and neutralize free radicals that negatively influence skin cells and accelerate the aging process. It helps to protect the deeper epidermal skin layers from sun-induced effects.
I’m looking for an Anti-Pigment product for my whole body. Is this product right for me?
Try Anti-Pigment Daily Body Lotion for a more hydrated, radiant and unified skin: It effectively reduces the appearance of dark spots and discolorations, large areas of pigmentation, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
I’m looking for a product that reduces the appearance of dark spots, small areas of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and smooths thickened skin on friction areas (knees, elbows).
Then try Anti-Pigment Targeted Areas Body Cream for a more even and radiant skin that’s smooth to the touch.
Can I use Eucerin Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas Body Serum instead of a moisturiser?
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas Body Serum contains concentrated Hyaluronic Acid which improves skin moisturisation. It is effective when used individually, as part of your current skincare routine, or alongside other products in the Eucerin Anti-Pigment range.
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Sensitive Areas Body Serum does not protect skin from the sun. As the sun’s rays are a key contributor to hyperpigmentation it’s important to wear an appropriate sun protection product, even on cloudy days. We recommend that, if you apply the Serum in the morning, you follow it with Eucerin Anti-Pigment Day SPF 30 to help fade existing acne marks and protect skin from the sun, thereby reducing further sun-induced pigmentation issues. For intense sun exposure choose a higher protection factor from the Eucerin Sun Protection range.
